This policy covers the returns of goods purchased directly from Marley Moo Collars.

Effortless Returns
All of our products carry a 14 day money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product you have purchased please email info@marleymoocollars.com

Items returned must come complete with all packaging and tags (in resalable condition). Items not returned in this condition, may result in a reduced refund being given.

Damage or Defective Products
All of our products are handmade and fully quality tested before being sent out. On the rare occasion that one of our products arrives with you damaged, please contact us immediately.

You will need to return the product to us (using a tracked, signed for delivery) and we will arrange a replacement to be made and sent to you without further delay.

Order Error or Product Exchange
If you have ordered the incorrect size or you would like to change to a different fabric after your order has been dispatched or received, please return the product to us as soon as possible. We will be happy to make changes to your order without further delay.

In instances of order error or product exchange requests, the cost of return postage will be invoiced and must be paid before items are returned.

Custom Made - Engraved Tags

Please note that these customised items are exempt from the 'Effortless Return' policy, and refunds and replacements are only available where a mistake has been made by Marley Moo Collars, or the items are damaged or defective.

Marley Moo Collars take no responsibility for returned items lost in the post, please ensure, for your protection that any returning items are sent tracked and signed for.

If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased please get in contact with us.

Even if it is outside the 14 day period we will endeavour to help to the best of our ability.
